Job summary

Fyffes in Balbriggan is seeking a Warehouse Line Leader to drive daily warehouse operations. You will lead a team, set targets, and ensure accurate loading, documentation, and temperature control for fruit and consumables.

The role requires strong leadership, SAP experience, and a hands-on, detail-focused approach to maintain efficiency and safety. 37.5 hours per week on a 2-week shift pattern with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment with leadership responsibilities.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Strong numeracy, communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of warehouse operatives for intake and loading of fruit and consumables.
• Set targets and supervise staff to meet them.
• Direct and organise loading/unloading with correct documentation and temperature controls.
• Collaborate with Ripening and Quality teams to maintain service levels.
• Coordinate quality checks, waste disposal and corrective actions.
• Manage systems to ensure compliance with customer and business requirements.
• Process orders and create dockets on operative systems.
• Distribute orders to relevant team members.
• Maintain tidy work areas and ensure H&S compliance.
• Ensure accurate scanning/labeling before dispatch.
