Job summary

Perry Ellis International is seeking a PC Specialist to provide on-site hardware and software support at our Dublin, GA distribution center. You will rotate 4 days of 10 hours (7:00 AM–5:45 PM), with weekend shifts twice a month, focusing 60% on Zebra printers and RFID scanners and 40% on desktop PCs, connectivity, and telephony.

You must be reliable with 1–2+ years of tech support, strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of on-premise technical support focusing on hardware/software installation and break-fix workflows.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Zebra printers and RFID handheld scanners.
• Willingness to work a 10-hour shift schedule (7:00 AM–5:45 PM) including weekends 2x per month.
• Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 60 pounds.
• Excellent customer service orientation and clear communication skills.
• Preferred certifications such as CompTIA A+ and/or MCDST are a plus.
• Experience with enterprise ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Remedy, SolarWinds) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair critical warehouse hardware and software.
• Walk the warehouse floor to provide hands-on technical support.
• Install, de-install, configure, and upgrade computers and peripherals; maintain asset records.
• Monitor and manage the daily incident ticket queue to prevent downtime.
• Coordinate with System Administrators and external vendors for upgrades and telecom support.
• Work within a rotating 4-day, 10-hour shift including weekends.
