Job summary

Perry Ellis International is seeking a PC Specialist to be the on-site technical anchor at our Dublin, GA distribution center. You will handle hardware and software installation, rapid break-fix repair, and asset management to minimize downtime.

The role splits time between warehouse hardware (60%) and desktop/telephony support (40%). You must be reliable, quickly learn, and able to lift up to 60 pounds. Weekend shifts are required twice a month.

Qualifications

1–2+ years of on-premise technical support experience in a warehouse setting.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting Zebra printers and RFID scanners.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work a 10-hour shift on a rotating weekend schedule.
Experience with desktops, connectivity, telephony, and WMOS account unlocks.
Familiarity with enterprise ticketing systems and Dell computer support.

Responsibilities

Warehouse & Logistics Hardware Support: maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Zebra printers and RFID scanners.
On-the-Floor Troubleshooting: provide face-to-face technical assistance to warehouse staff.
Installation & Asset Maintenance: install/configure computers and peripherals; track assets and e-waste.
Daily Incident Management: monitor and resolve hardware/software incidents to prevent downtime.
System & Facility Collaboration: assist with WMOS, telecom equipment, and server changes.
Operational Availability: 10-hour shifts on a rotating 4-day week; weekends 2x/month.
