Job summary

Kepak Group is seeking a Warehouse General Operator to join our team in Ireland. The role covers scanning, wrapping, and moving goods from Production, while liaising with internal customers and maintaining strict health and safety standards.

You will work Monday to Friday 7 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional Saturday work. Training is provided for Power Pallet Truck use, and there are opportunities for long-term career growth within the business.

Qualifications

• Food production/manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Power Pallet Truck experience preferred; training provided.
• Candidate must be hardworking, self-driven and of good character.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and use initiative.
• Flexible with working hours and willing to learn new tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Scan and wrap boxes from Production.
• Move pallets with a Pow Pallet Truck.
• Liaise with internal customers.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are followed at all times.
• Keep the work area clean and tidy.
• Monitor and control movement of trays and pallets.

We are actively looking for a Warehouse General Operator to join our team.

Working week Monday – Friday 7 am to 4:30 pm with occasional Saturday work.

What to expect in the job?

• Scanning and wrapping boxes from Production
• Moving pallets with a Pow Pallet Truck
• Liaising with internal customers
• Ensuring Health & Safety standards are followed at all times
• Keeping the work area clean and tidy
• Monitoring and controlling the movement of trays and pallets

What we need from you?

• Previous food production or manufacturing experience is highly beneficial but not essential
• Power Pallet Truck experience is beneficial, but training will be provided
• Each candidate must be of good character, hardworking and self-driven
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to use your own initiative
• Be flexible with working hours
• Willingness to learn and assist with additional tasks as needed
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Attention to detail
