Job summary

Synergy Recruitment Partners is seeking a General Operative / Fitter to join a growing specialist installation team working on laboratory and technical fit-out projects across Ireland. This hands-on role suits someone with construction or furniture installation experience and a background in shopfitting or carpentry.

You will read installation drawings, use hand and power tools, travel nationwide, and maintain high safety standards. A full clean driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or site experience.
• Experience installing furniture, cabinets or similar equipment is advantageous.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organised and self-motivated.
• Full clean driving licence essential.
• Flexibility to travel nationwide.
