Job summary

O Connor Woodwork Solutions is seeking a reliable, hands-on trainee to join our workshop in Clonlara, Co. Clare. You will gain practical experience assembling fitted furniture, working with wood and CNC machinery, and preparing materials for production.

The Role

The successful candidate will receive training and gain practical experience in areas including:

• Packing and preparing finished products
• Quality checking completed products
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Supporting the workshop team with general production duties

Experience Required

Applicants should have some previous experience in a practical, hands‑on working environment and be able to demonstrate transferable skills relevant to the role.

Direct experience in woodwork or manufacturing is beneficial but is not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, practical ability, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
