Job summary

ESS Ltd is seeking an Asset Care Engineer in Ireland to oversee CMMS asset care projects, manage system optimisation, and coordinate on-site resources with cross-functional teams. The role drives PM/PdM strategies and ensures reliable asset performance.

The candidate will maintain asset records, implement tagging for traceability, and produce monthly KPI reports while collaborating with IT, maintenance, and operations. Training may enable partial remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in CMMS management and asset care projects.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of asset management principles and preventive maintenance methodologies

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ESS resources on-site to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and manage efficient project schedules.
• Monitor and report on project KPIs monthly.
• Manage CMMS asset structure and asset tagging for traceability.
• Develop and manage PM and PdM job plans; improve maintenance strategies using data insights.
