Responsibilities

• Greet, seat and present menus to guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate special requests to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, checking back to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness throughout the service area.
• Handle payments (cash and card) and process bills through our POS system.
• Collaborate closely with team members to maintain smooth service flow, particularly during peak times.
• Uphold all health, safety and hygiene standards in accordance with hotel policies.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a similar front‑of‑house role (restaurants, cafés or hotels).
• Strong communication skills in English; Irish language skills a plus.
• Friendly, with a genuine passion for hospitality.
