EXL in Dublin seeks a Commercial Counsel focusing on technology transactions and strategic partnerships. The role involves reviewing, drafting and negotiating technology agreements, including software licenses, SaaS, hosting, and services, to support EXL’s platform businesses.

You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, operations and privacy teams, advise on data privacy and AI regulatory matters, and help develop templates and playbooks while ensuring risk controls.

Qualifications

• PQE 3–7 years with focus on technology law and complex contracts.
• Both private practice and in-house experience preferred.
• Strong commercial judgment and self-starter mindset.

Responsabilités

• Review, draft, negotiate and close technology agreements to support platform engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal risks and regulatory requirements (privacy, data protection).
• Provide strategic advice on contractual interpretations and partnership frameworks.
• Develop templates and playbooks to enable efficient deal execution.
