Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Vice President & Founding Technology Lead for AI Engineering & Consulting Platforms to accelerate our consulting transformation. You will partner with business, product, data, and engineering leaders to establish unified AI capabilities and scalable tooling.

You will scale agent-enabled solutions and AI productivity across thousands of advisors and consultants, driving architectural decisions and operating models in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-performing teams in enterprise environments.
• Experience scaling productivity capabilities across large teams including AI/agentic platforms.
• Strong communication skills with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• BS in engineering, computer science, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate consulting transformation through technology and AI enablement.
• Scale tooling such as Claude, Copilot, and cowork across consulting platforms.
• Partner with enterprise AI, data governance, security, compliance, and product leaders.
• Lead architecture decisions, operating models, and roadmaps for large-scale transformation.
• Translate goals into executable engineering plans and measurable outcomes.
