Job summary

Kelco Communications Ltd in Westport is seeking a Store Manager for our Vodafone retail store. You will lead the team, drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service and manage day-to-day store operations to meet targets.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a competitive weekly wage and an uncapped monthly commission. A clear path for career development and staff support are offered in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of store sales performance and drive targets and KPIs.

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and handle escalated queries or complaints.
• Oversee store presentation, stock levels and operational processes to company standards.
• Lead by example and engage with customers to contribute to sales on the shop floor.

Salary: €15.15ph + uncapped monthly commission

About the Role

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store's performance, leading and developing the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

You'll be responsible for creating a positive and high-performing store environment, ensuring operational standards are maintained, and supporting your team to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of store sales performance and consistently drive the achievement of targets and KPIs.

• Lead, motivate and coach the team to maximise individual and store performance.

• Manage the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high operational and compliance standards are maintained.

• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback and support the ongoing development of new and existing team members.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and handle escalated customer queries or complaints professionally.

• Manage store presentation, stock and operational processes in line with company standards.

• Lead by example, actively engaging with customers and contributing to sales on the shop floor.
