Job summary

Vodafone - Kelco Communications in Westport, Co. Mayo, are seeking a Retail Sales Advisor to join our busy store. You will identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Vodafone products and services while understanding each customer's needs and offering the best solutions.

The role requires weekend availability (Mon-Sat) with a 37.5-hour full-time contract and the ability to contribute to store performance targets. A positive, team-focused attitude and a drive to succeed are essential.

Availability: 10:00 - 18:00 | Monday to Saturday

Contract: 37.5hrs - Full Time

Pay: €14.45ph + Uncapped commission + Incentives

About the Role:

As a Retail Sales Advisor in our bustling store, you'll be the face of Vodafone, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Vodafone products and services. You'll take the time to understand each customer's needs and confidently offer the best solutions. Additionally, you'll contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the store, while keeping track of sales performance and targets. Adherence to company policies and compliance with contracts is crucial. The store operates Monday to Saturday, so weekend availability is essential.
