Job summary

Vodafone - Kelco Communications is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the Westport Vodafone retail store. You will drive sales performance, coach the team, and deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining store standards.

This full-time position offers a competitive wage, uncapped monthly commission, and opportunities for career progression within Kelco Communications Ltd. Availability Mon-Sat, 10am-6pm, 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of store sales performance and consistently drive the achievement of targets and KPIs.
• Lead, motivate and coach the team to maximise individual and store performance.
• Manage the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high operational and compliance standards are maintained.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback and support the ongoing development of new and existing team members.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and handle escalated customer queries or complaints professionally.
• Manage store presentation, stock and operational processes in line with company standards.
• Lead by example, actively engaging with customers and contributing to sales on the shop floor.

Salary: €15.15ph + uncapped monthly commission

About The Role

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store’s performance, leading and developing the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

You’ll be responsible for creating a positive and high-performing store environment, ensuring operational standards are maintained, and supporting your team to reach their full potential.
