Qualifications

• Experience working with Learners in educational, guidance, or developmental contexts.
• Experience in QQI certification and accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide systematic training according to specified curricula.
• Facilitate participants in developing knowledge and skills.
• Meet key performance indicators for learner placement and progression.
• Collaborate on developing Individual Action Plans for Learners.
• Source and support work experience placements.
