Job summary

H&M Kilkenny store is seeking a dedicated Visual Merchandiser to create inspiring, consistent customer experiences by implementing visual standards and driving commercial excellence. The role requires 39 hours per week, permanent full-time status, with 7 days flexibility including weekends.

You will execute visual and styling actions, analyse sales performance, and coach the store team using trends and competitor insights to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Knowledgeable on how to analyse and act on sales reports and optimise selling.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling actions in line with store guidelines to enhance the customer experience and drive sales in your store.
• Analyse sales performance, ensure garment care and identify visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Management teams.
• Use your trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team, and equip them to deliver a great customer experience.
