Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experience through styling advice and a visually compelling store environment
• Interpret sales data and customer insights to inform the store's visual direction
• Design and install impactful window displays reflecting seasonal trends and brand identity
• Style mannequins and create outfits to inspire customer purchases
• Merchandise the shop floor in line with company guidelines for cohesive presentation
• Support sales team in daily store operations and customer experience
• Set and maintain high visual merchandising standards and mentor team
• Act as a brand ambassador ensuring a memorable customer journey
