Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Merchandiser for a permanent full-time role based in the Limerick store, Ireland. The position requires 7 days of flexibility, including weekends, and a 39-hour work week to deliver inspiring customer experiences in-store.

You will implement visual standards, analyse sales data, and collaborate with store management to optimise commercial opportunities, ensuring brand consistency across the shop floor.

• Knowledgeable on how to analyse and act on sales reports and optimise selling.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling actions in line with store guidelines to enhance the customer experience and drive sales in your store.
• Analyse sales performance, ensure garment care and identify visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Management teams.
• Use your trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team, and equip them to deliver a great customer experience.
