Aureol Global Connections is seeking a talented and visionary Architect to join our dynamic team in Ireland. You will design innovative building projects, collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams, and ensure regulatory and sustainability compliance.

The role emphasizes design excellence, feasibility, and effective communication with stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring a degree in Architecture, licensure or certification preferred, and proven experience in architectural design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensure or certification as an Architect is preferred.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainability practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from conceptual stages through to detailed documentation and construction.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop customized design solutions.
• Coordinate with engineers, planners, and contractors to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery.
• Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, and models to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Support the preparation of permits, approvals, and other necessary documentation.
