Job summary

Aureol Global Connections in Ireland is seeking two Electrical Design Engineers to join our innovative engineering team. You will design and develop electrical systems and components that meet functionality and safety standards, collaborating with project managers and other engineering disciplines to deliver optimized designs aligned with project specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as an Electrical Design Engineer or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar).
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, design standards, and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical schematics and layouts based on project requirements and specifications.
• Perform calculations, simulations, and analyses to validate electrical design integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate electrical designs into larger project frameworks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design reports, specifications, and project updates.
• Review and modify designs based on feedback, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct testing and validation of electrical systems and components to verify functionality.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in electrical design engineering.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to design reviews and discussions.
