Stats Perform in Limerick, Ireland is seeking a Video Operations Support role to capture and prepare video for production teams, coordinating with the global Video staff and teams. This role contributes to live and post production coding by scheduling games, recording sessions, and delivering timely reports.

You will create schedules, manage daily tasks, and maintain equipment checks while supporting international offices.

Formación

• Leaving cert or equivalent.
• Interest in professional sports, rugby and football.
• Ability to plan with accuracy and strong foresight.
• Ability to communicate clearly with global video teams.
• Ability to work well with others in a team atmosphere.
• Ability to produce error-free work under tight deadlines/live environment.
• Excellent written, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in scheduling and planning.
• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with TV, satellite and online streaming services.

Responsabilidades

• Create a daily recording scheduling using bespoke software tools.
• Prepare video for production teams on time and in the correct format.
• Provide daily reports, handover documents and incident logs.
• Provide weekly hardware checks on the video equipment.
• Use online and internal knowledge to optimise video production.
• Ensure all international offices can code both live and post from Limerick Video.
• Communicate regularly and clearly within the business to ensure the highest capture rates.
• Regularly work weekends with a flexible working pattern.
