Job summary

Tines is seeking a Video Content Specialist to craft compelling video stories for IT and AI leaders, working with builders, experts, and the Brand team. You’ll ideate, produce, and edit videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid placements, turning ideas into engaging content.

Join a newsroom‑style content team that values curiosity, storytelling, and collaboration. Hybrid or remote work within Ireland is available, with occasional travel to Dublin and the US for projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years producing video content with strong storytelling and technical execution.
• Editorial initiative to pitch and develop video ideas.
• Experience managing multiple video projects with freelancers/agencies.
• Ability to script and structure complex topics for clarity.
• Hands-on editing combining interviews, screen recordings, graphics, and text.
• Understanding of YouTube and LinkedIn best practices.

Responsibilities

• Find and develop stories: identify stories our audience care about and pitch ideas.
• Own day-to-day video production: manage schedules, shoots, contributors, approvals, publication.
• Help shape original video series: bring formats and planning ideas to production.
• Edit: hands-on editing and guide contributors; work with editors/agencies as needed.
• Manage productions: coordinate schedules, locations, stakeholders, deadlines.
• Create for the channel: tailor videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, paid placements; craft titles and thumbnails.
• Learn from performance: use metrics to improve future videos.
• Bring people into the story: work with builders and SMEs; prepare them for on-camera appearances.
• Capture moments that matter: produce video at events and turn footage into lasting content.
