Job summary

Marks Sattin is seeking an Associate Director for its Value Creation Services practice in Ireland. You will lead cost transformation, working capital improvements and EBITDA enhancement for PE-backed and corporate clients.

You will work directly with C-suite leaders to design and implement practical solutions, driving data-led insights and value creation across O2C, P2P and inventory. A strong consulting or industry background is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cost transformation or cash/working capital improvement programmes.
• Advisory work at C-suite level with practical, data-driven recommendations.
• Solid understanding of cost drivers across COGS, SG&A and R&D.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost transformation, cash and working capital improvement workstreams.
• Conduct operational analysis and baselines to identify value opportunities.
• Design and implement practical solutions with senior stakeholders.
• Lead client interviews and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop strategies across O2C, P2P, inventory and cost reduction.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development.
