The role and Opportunity

Examples of transformation projects include:

• Transforming operations (planning, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, servicing)
• Improving operational performance amid challenging evolving market conditions
• Optimise portfolio (including M&A / divestitures)
• Develop ESG strategy and goals, as well as an implementation plan to operationalise and achieve them
• Accelerate value from, modernise and/or migrate technology (e.g. cloud)
