The role requires a strong valuation background, APC/Chartered status, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment to drive business growth and client success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Property, Real Estate or related discipline.
• Chartered Surveyor (RICS and/or SCSI) qualification.
• APC accreditation.
• Registered Valuer status.
• 5–8 years in commercial real estate, valuation or advisory.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish property market and related legislation.
• Excellent report writing, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and relationship management.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality valuation and advisory services while helping to drive business growth and client success across a national platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake and oversee valuation assignments across a range of commercial property sectors.
• Manage existing client accounts while developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and prospective clients.
• Lead and coordinate project delivery, ensuring the highest standards of quality, accuracy and professionalism.
• Prepare and review detailed valuation reports in accordance with RICS and SCSI standards.
• Conduct market research and analyse property trends, legislation and economic factors affecting real estate markets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and industry contacts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, including banks, funds, institutional investors and private clients.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the wider business to maximise opportunities and deliver integrated client solutions.
• Support and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to professional development initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation of departmental business plans and strategic objectives.

About You

You are a motivated and client-focused property professional with a strong valuation background and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

Essential Requirements

• Degree qualified in Property, Real Estate or a related discipline.
• Chartered Surveyor qualification (RICS and/or SCSI).
• APC accredited.
• Registered Valuer status.
• Minimum 5-8 years' experience in commercial real estate, valuation or advisory services.
• Strong understanding of the Irish property market, relevant legislation and economic drivers.
• Excellent report writing, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Desirable

• Experience using CRM and business management platforms such as Salesforce, Workday or similar systems.
• Previous experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
• Established network of contacts within the Irish property sector.
