Careeriser in Central Dublin seeks an Associate Director - Valuations to lead and shape the Valuation & Advisory team, delivering high-quality valuation advice for commercial property and land.

With 5+ years of valuations experience and MRICS/MSCSI status, you will drive client relationships, support business development, and ensure RICS Red Book reporting using Argus Enterprise or similar tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial property valuations experience.
• MRICS or MSCSI chartered valuations surveyor status.
• Experience with Argus Enterprise or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Undertake commercial property and land valuations across asset classes.
• Conduct property inspections and provide expert valuation advice.
• Prepare valuation reports in accordance with RICS Red Book standards.
• Manage and deliver valuation instructions to high professional standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships while developing market contacts.
• Support business development and identify new opportunities.
