Job summary

EY in Ireland is seeking a Manager to join the Valuations and Modelling team within Strategy and Transactions. The role focuses on valuations and modelling assignments, often working across Ireland and internationally, with an emphasis on integrity, adaptability and high-quality delivery.

This is an executive/senior executive level opportunity. You will develop complex financial models, provide strategic insights, and help clients manage capital decisions in transactions, while mentoring junior

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification required.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modelling experience.
• Valuations and modelling experience in professional services is preferred.
• Familiarity with valuation methodologies and financial analysis.
• Programming or data analysis skills (Visual Basic/SQL) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support valuations and modelling assignments for cross-border engagements.
• Develop and document complex financial models and reports.
• Review Excel models under supervision and draft conclusions.
• Collaborate with Directors/Partners and other EY teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet Quality & Risk guidelines.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a learning culture.
