Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is hiring Car Park Attendants to support guest services and vehicle care at our Dublin properties. You will be trained via the Dalata Academy and join a friendly team focused on guest comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include monitoring car parks, handling payments, and assisting guests with local information while upholding health and safety standards. Fluency in English and a full driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours (mornings/evenings & weekends).
• Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.
• Full Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the car park and hotel grounds for the safety and comfort of our guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Provide a professional & competent security service for all car park users.
• Support the Valet Parking of Guest cars.
• Maintain a high degree of health & safety awareness.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
• Register guests and process their payments.
• Respond to any inquiries guests may have about in-house facilities and local tourist information.
• Ensure the security of room keys.
• Update all guest information in the computer system.
• Take and confirm reservations for guests
