Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is hiring Car Park Attendants to monitor and maintain the car park and surrounding hotel grounds while ensuring guest safety and comfort. You will greet guests, manage registrations and payments, and provide information about local attractions.

We offer training through the Dalata Academy and opportunities for growth within our friendly team, with shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Fluency in English and a valid driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours including mornings/evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.
• Must hold a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the car park and hotel grounds for safety and comfort of guests.
• Provide a professional security service for all car park users.
• Register guests and process payments; respond to guest inquiries about facilities and local information.
• Maintain health and safety awareness and greet guests warmly.

Your Job:

• Monitor and maintain the car park and hotel grounds for the safety and comfort of our guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Provide a professional & competent security service for all car park users
• Support the Vallet Parking of Guest cars
• Maintain a high degree of health & safety awareness
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
• Register guests and process their payments
• Respond to any inquiries guests may have about in-house facilities and local tourist information.
• Ensure the security of room keys.
• Update all guest information in the computer system.
• Take and confirm reservations for guests

Requirements:

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

• Full Drivers Licence
