Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex operations for property managers, guests and operators into simple, delightful experiences. You’ll design dashboards, onboarding flows, AI interactions and marketing visuals, working directly with founders and engineers.

You’ll own end-to-end design, translate needs into journeys and wireframes, collaborate with engineers, test ideas early and push for thoughtful AI-enabled solutions that scale with the platform.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS products with complex workflows.
• Proficiency in Figma, auto layout, and design systems.
• Excellent typography, spacing, and responsive design.
• Ability to simplify complex information without losing clarity.
• Experience partnering with engineers and delivering to production.
• Clear communication and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own design from problem definition through prototypes and final interfaces.
• Speak with operators and internal teams to understand workflows.
• Translate complex requirements into user journeys and wireframes.
• Collaborate with engineers to account for data, edge cases and constraints.
• Test ideas early and iterate after launch.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration while maintaining quality.
• Take initiative to identify problems and drive them to completion.
