Base360.ai, born from The Flex and now offering an AI operating system for short-term rental operators, seeks a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer. You’ll own end-to-end product development from concept through production, collaborating with founders, designers, and operators to turn customer problems into reliable software.

You’ll build customer-facing features, AI-powered workflows, and integrations (Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI) to automate operations and scale across the rental lifecycle.

Qualifications

Strong experience building and shipping production software.
Ability to work across frontend and backend systems.
Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud architecture.
Product mindset and curiosity about why users need a feature.

Responsibilities

Build features end-to-end from idea to deployment, owning the complete experience.
Create intuitive user experiences in collaboration with designers.
Develop AI-powered features and automation for operational efficiency.
Connect and maintain integrations with external platforms via robust APIs.
Measure impact using user feedback and usage data to improve outcomes.
