• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Chemical, Energy, Process, Electrical).
• Strong academic record with interest in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
