Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree (Level 8) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or related discipline.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; good communication and collaboration with Quality, EHS, and Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; proactive problem-solving and interest in pharma/biotech industry.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Audits & Inspections: conduct site walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues.
• Project Support: assist with equipment upgrades and vendor management.
• EHS & Compliance: ensure GMP standards and safety protocols are followed.
• Data Management: prepare and update engineering metrics, KPI dashboards, and technical documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: participate in projects to improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
