Job summary

The Hyatt Centric, The Liberties Dublin, invites applications for a Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. You will deliver friendly service, recommend drinks, and ensure consistent quality across cocktails in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a busy bar.
• Mixologist/cocktail experience is essential.
• Experience in a cocktail bar or 4/5* hotel is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide knowledgeable beverage recommendations.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure quality and presentation of all drinks.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked bar.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Assist in training new bartenders.
• Handle cash and balance cash register at end of shift.
• Assist with food service when necessary.
