Job summary

EY is seeking an Automation Test Manager to lead testing within the Digital Assurance and Quality Engineering team, focusing on data transformation and testing services for financial services clients. You will drive automation, implement agile QA, and ensure high-quality outcomes across projects in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities include leading diverse testing activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve quality practices and time-to-market.

Qualifications

• Experience across focus industries including Power & Utilities, Financial Services, Government & Public Sector, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Tech & Media, Advanced Manufacturing / Industry 4.0.
• Structured problem-solving approach and a self-starter who can work independently with attention to detail.
• Strong ability to research and learn new technologies, tools, and techniques quickly.

Position Overview
