Freedom, located in Mullingar, is seeking a target-driven sales professional to handle warm inbound enquiries from UK groups and convert them into bookings. You’ll own the full sales cycle from first call to final confirmation, tailoring packages to client needs and building lasting relationships. Hybrid work is available after an initial office period, with ambitious earnings potential and travel opportunities for top performers.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone communication and people skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel to Mullingar and UK clients as required.

Responsibilities

• Taking warm inbound enquiries from UK groups planning stag and hen parties and turning them into confirmed bookings.
• Managing the full sales cycle from first call to final confirmation.
• Tailoring packages to what each group actually wants and building long-lasting relationships.
• Hitting targets with a focus on growth and repeat business.
• Keeping up-to-date with the UK events market to stay ahead of competitors.
