Job summary

C&M Travel Recruitment is working with a technology-led online booking platform to hire an European Travel Trade Sales Manager for Airport Transfers in Ireland (Remote). The role focuses on building trade distribution channels across Europe with partners such as OTAs, aggregators and airlines, with a base salary of €55,000–€65,000 plus commission.

You will own the European sales strategy, set up CRM and forecasting, and, in time, recruit and lead a high‑performing trade sales team.

Qualifications

• Extensive B2B sales experience in travel/ground transportation or related sectors.
• Track record of building a territory and delivering growth.
• Comfortable in a scale-up/start-up environment with hands-on involvement.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on lead generation, prospecting, running demos, negotiating terms, and closing with new B2B accounts.
• Own and deliver the European sales strategy.
• Build the sales infrastructure including CRM, pipeline management, forecasting and reporting.
• Develop sales collateral and marketing materials.
• In time, recruit, train and lead a high-performing sales team.

European Travel Trade Sales Manager , Airport Transfers, Ireland (Remote), €55,000 - €65,000 (depending on experience) + commission.

This is a fantastic and unique opportunity to join a technology led, online booking platform that connects travellers with ground transportation providers around the world.

Trade sales are very much in it's infancy, so you'll be responsible for building these distribution channels from the ground up, identifying API and White Label opportunities with partners such as Online Travel Agencies (OTA's), Aggregators, Tour Operators, DMC's and Airlines to name a few.

Initial focus will be core European markets but with a truly global supply network, future growth opportunities are limitless. There is also scope, in time, to build out and lead a trade sales team and progress into a Head of Sales with compensation to match this.

Responsibilities

• Hands on lead generation, prospecting, running demo's, negotiating commercial terms and closing business with new b2b accounts.
• Own and deliver the European sales strategy
• Build the sales infrastructure including CRM, pipeline management, forecasting and reporting
• Develop sales and commercial collateral
• In time, recruit, train and lead a high performing sales team.

What we're looking for

• Extensive B2B sales experience gained in the travel industry (such as car hire, transfers, technology, online travel, tour operating or other ancillary products)
• A track record of building a territory and delivering high levels of growth.
• Comfortable operating in a scale‑up / start‑up style business where you are hands on in all aspects of what you do.
• Full working rights in Ireland/EU
• Able to travel internationally at times
• A basic salary in the region of €55,000 - €65,000 depending on experience plus commission with an expected OTE of around €85,000 - €100,000.
• The role will initially be fully remote so there is flexibility around your exact location. In time, it may be that a satellite office is created in a central hub (such as Dublin) but this will depend how the role and sales strategy evolves.
