Modern Tyres Ireland (Retail) Limited seeks a Tyre Fitter to handle tyre fitting for motor vehicles and related tasks, including wipers, batteries and bulbs. The role requires flexibility to train for fast fit car service and maintenance, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

The candidate should have at least 1 year in a similar role and hold a driving licence. Knowledge of iPads and starter tool kits is advantageous for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Driving licence is essential.
• Must adhere to tyre fitting guidelines and safety standards.
• Willing to train for fast fit car service and repairs.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Identify tyre types and fit the tyres on motor vehicles.
• Carry out tasks such as replacing wipers, batteries and bulbs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow company policies.
• Be flexible to undertake training for car servicing and fast fit.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery.

Job Summary:

The Tyre Fitter will be flexible in all types of tyres fitting to Motor Vehicles. You will carry out tasks such as replacing wipers, batteries, bulbs etc... Tyre fitters should be flexible to be trained for the fast fit car maintenance / service and repairs of the vehicle

Key Tasks Required:

• Ability and experience to identify types of tyres and fit the tyres
• Flexible to carry out tasks on motor vehicles
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Undertake training for car service and fast fit
• Must adhere to all task / tyre fitting guidelines
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Maintaining a clean and neat workspace and adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Driving Licence essential
• Starters tool kit
• Knowledge of iPads would be an advantage
