Modern Tyres Ireland (Retail) Limited in Cork City is seeking a Supervisor to support the Branch Manager and to assume full responsibility in their absence. You will drive service, sales, and quality targets in a customer-focused environment while upholding company policies and Health & Safety standards.

The role requires leadership, at least 1 year in a similar position, strong motor vehicle knowledge, and a valid driving licence; you will work within a dynamic workshop and service setting that

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Good technical and motor experience.
• Leadership experience is essential.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and actively work on workshop floor activities.
• Achieve branch objectives and targets.
• Keep administrative tasks up to date in a timely manner.
• Record relevant details on in-house systems.
• Support Branch Manager during audits.
• Use materials and equipment efficiently.

Job Title: Supervisor

Reports to: Branch Manager

Location:Cork City

Job Summary

As Supervisor the person will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in the management of the branch and in his absence to take full responsibility for the management of the branch. The person will be responsible for ensuring that the team achieve service, sales and quality targets etc in a customer-focused environment whilst ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to including Health & Safety

Key Tasks Required

• To supervise and to actively work on Motor Vehicles on the workshop floor
• Achieve Company and branch objectives & targets
• Ensuring all administrative work in conducted in a timely manner
• Recording all relevant details on our in-house systems
• Supporting Branch Manager as requested e.g. Audits
• Using materials, parts and equipment in an efficient manner
• Full compliance with all Health & Safety procedures
• Adhering fully to the Company’s operations manual
• Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers
• Understand and adhere to all the Company policies and procedures/operational manual
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Must have good technical and motor experience
• Must have leadership experience
• Driving License essential
