Kinisla is offering a permanent two-year Graduate Programme designed to fast-track ambitious graduates into future senior leaders. The programme combines formal learning, hands-on operations experience and mentoring across the business, starting September 2027.

Assessment centres are in January 2027; successful candidates must attend in person. The role provides cross-functional exposure across operations, supply chain and quality while developing leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree with 2:1 classification.
• Interested in FMCG/food manufacturing.
• Self-starter who seeks feedback and takes ownership.
• Flexible to work across different sites and functions.
• Eligible to work permanently in the UK and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Participation in a structured two-year leadership development programme.
• Hands-on operational experience across production and related functions.
• Delivery of projects related to process improvement and product introductions.
• Mentoring across the business and cross-functional collaboration.
