Job summary

Kinisla is recruiting for its structured two-year Graduate Programme designed to develop future senior leaders. The role combines formal learning, hands-on operational experience and mentoring across the business, with day‑one challenges to build commercial and leadership capabilities.

Assessment centres are planned in January 2027; you must be available to attend in person during that week. The programme offers cross-functional exposure across operations and the wider business to prepare you

Qualifications

• Degree with at least a 2:1
• Operations/food science or similar helpful but not essential
• Interest in a career in FMCG/food manufacturing
• Curious, eager to learn and open to feedback
• Self‑starter who can adapt to changing priorities and take ownership

Responsibilities

• Support plant operations and contribute to achieving production targets
• Lead or assist with projects on new product introductions, process improvement and efficiency
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality, finance, health & safety and commercial teams on cross‑functional solutions
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and HACCP training to build technical and compliance capabilities
• Own learning by seeking feedback and building relationships across functions
• Develop understanding of Kinisla's product portfolio and its applications across channels
