Kinisla invites talented graduates to join our two-year Graduate Programme, designed to fast‑track leadership capabilities in our dairy and nutritional ingredients business. You will gain hands‑on experience, formal learning, and mentoring across Operations, Supply Chain, Food Safety & Quality, Health & Safety, and other teams from day one.

Starting September 2027, the programme combines live projects, off‑the‑job learning, and cross‑functional exposure with a focus on developing engineering

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline with at least 2:1.
• Interest in building a career in Engineering within FMCG/food manufacturing.
• Curious, eager to learn and receptive to feedback.
• Self-starter who prioritises and adapts to changing priorities.
• Ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.
• Ambitious and proactive in seeking improvements.
• Willingness to work across multiple sites and functions.
• Eligible to work permanently in the UK and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Support plant operations and troubleshoot equipment to maintain safety and reliability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement focused on energy efficiency and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Food Safety & Quality, Health & Safety, and Operations.
• Support implementation of new technologies and automation systems.
• Participate in capital projects and facility enhancements.
• Apply lean principles and data-driven decision-making to improve performance.
• Develop knowledge of dairy technologies and processes (pasteurisation, cheese production).
• Build understanding of Kinisla product portfolio across retail and foodservice channels.
