Job summary

Kinisla is offering a two-year Graduate Programme designed to develop future engineering leaders within our dairy business. From day one you’ll gain formal learning, hands-on projects and mentoring.

You will work across Operations, Supply Chain and Quality teams, contribute to live projects, learn lean manufacturing, and build practical knowledge of dairy processes. This permanent role provides early responsibility and cross-site exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree with at least 2:1 in Engineering or related discipline.
• Interest in a career in Engineering within FMCG/food manufacturing.
• Curious, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset and adaptability.
• Ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.
• Willing to work across different sites and functions.
• Eligible to work permanently in the UK and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Support plant operations and troubleshoot equipment to keep production safe and reliable.
• Contribute to continuous improvement for energy efficiency and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Support implementation of new technologies and automation.
• Participate in capital projects and facility enhancements.
• Apply lean principles and data-led decision-making.
• Develop understanding of dairy technologies, including pasteurisation and cheese production.
• Understand Kinisla’s product portfolio and its application across channels.
