Job summary

AllCare Reynoldstown and AllCare Tyrone seek a Multi-Site Medical Assistant Coordinator to manage clinical and administrative duties across two sites. You will supervise Medical Assistants, ensure efficient patient flow, and support new workflows, while maintaining HIPAA and OSHA standards.

The role blends operations with hands-on MA tasks, requiring a proactive leader who can train staff, monitor compliance, and support patient care in a dynamic primary/urgent care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of a medical assistant training program and current CCMA, CMA, RMA, or another approved certification.
• At least two years of medical assistant experience, including clinical intake, venipuncture, specimen collection, point-of-care testing, EKGs, and direct patient care.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and standard clinical technology.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support new site openings and partner with Pod leadership for safe site operations.
• Perform patient intake, histories, EHR updates, and maintain confidential records.
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, injections, venipuncture, specimens, and orders.
• Develop, pilot, and rollout new workflows, SOPs, and technology.
• Manage patient registration, scheduling, reminders, and confirmations.
• Lead huddles, communicate priorities, and provide daily directions to Medical Assistants.
