Job summary

BMD & Co Ltd is seeking a Turnover Manager to lead the end-to-end turnover of mechanical systems on complex projects in the Life Sciences sector. You will manage turnover strategies, lead project engineers and clerks, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure all handover packages are complete, compliant, and delivered on schedule, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Your role requires strong leadership, robust project coordination, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• Significant turnover/quality/construction experience in Life Sciences or similar industries.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
