Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Limerick seeks a Turnover Manager to lead the turnover process for mechanical systems, ensuring timely handover packages meet client specs and project milestones.

You will chair turnover meetings, coordinate with project management, construction, and quality teams, and drive documentation, traceability, and client-facing handover activities. Experience in life sciences turnover, commissioning, or project delivery is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred.
• Significant experience in Turnover, Quality, Construction, Commissioning, or Project Delivery roles within Life Sciences.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the turnover process for mechanical systems and handover packages.
• Chair turnover meetings and coordinate with project management, construction, and quality teams.
• Ensure traceability documentation and turnover records are complete and compliant.
• Interface with client Certification Department and manage turnover progress and risks.
