BMD & Co Ltd is seeking a Turnover Manager to lead the planning, preparation and delivery of mechanical system handover packages in line with client specs and milestones. You will coordinate with the construction team, manage tendering and verification of turnover records, and act as the primary liaison with the client’s certification processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Significant experience in turnover, quality, construction, commissioning, or project delivery in Life Sciences.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Strong understanding of project handover, quality documents, and system turnover.
• Effective communicator with clients, contractors and project teams.
• IT literate with Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project turnover plan with the planner.
• Lead preparation and submission of Mechanical System Handover Packages.
• Chair turnover coordination meetings and drive actions.
• Monitor turnover performance metrics and report to project leadership.
• Coordinate with Client Certification Department on turnover content.
