Job summary

MSL Engineering Ltd in Cork is seeking a Turnover Engineer to support project turnover activities, reporting to the Turnover Manager/Lead. The role involves developing digital and equipment test packs and ensuring compliance with safety and quality policies.

The ideal candidate may be a recent mechanical engineering graduate with knowledge of piping isometrics and P&IDs; open to full-time permanent or contract arrangements. Urgent; candidates with valid work permits only will be considered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of piping isometrics and P&IDs is essential.
• May suit a recent mechanical engineering graduate.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Turnover Manager/Lead
• Development of digital and equipment test packs in line with Project Digital Turnover strategy
• Adherence to and promotion of company safety and quality policies
• Sign off of piping test packs for pre-test, pressure test and post-test activities
• Recording of field weld histories for inclusion within piping test packs
• Compilation of system handover dossiers
• Knowledge of piping isometrics and P&IDs is essential
