Job summary

FRS Recruitment is seeking a People Change Advisor to support TUPE transfers, acquisitions, restructures, redundancies, and other organisational change activities across Ireland and the UK. This permanent full-time role offers hybrid flexibility (1-2 days in the office) and a salary of €45,000 plus pension, bonus and 25 days annual leave.

As the TUPE and Change subject matter expert, you will provide practical guidance to managers, ensuring change programmes are delivered effectively,

Qualifications

• Proven HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong TUPE experience and knowledge of employment legislation.
• Experience managing redundancy, restructuring, and organisational change processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Commercially aware with the confidence to challenge constructively.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of TUPE and organisational change projects.
• Lead end-to-end TUPE transfers, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to deadlines.
• Coordinate Employee Liability Information (ELI) and mobilisation activities.
• Support and attend consultation and welcome meetings across Ireland as required.
• Advise managers on TUPE, redundancy, restructuring, and organisational change processes.
• Produce redundancy calculations and change-related documentation.
• Review business cases and identify potential commercial and employee relations risks.
• Coach and train managers on people change matters.
• Support employee engagement throughout change programmes.
