Job summary

Osborne Recruitment is seeking a Truck Driver with a clean C Licence for a Dublin-based role serving Ireland’s major events. You will drive rigid trucks, deliver and collect equipment nationwide, and maintain top customer service across fast-paced environments.

The position requires a C Licence, DQC, CPC, and at least 1 year of commercial driving experience. Based in Ireland, you’ll join a supportive team with long-term career opportunities and a strong emphasis on safety.

Qualifications

• Full, clean C Licence and CPC certification.
• Driver Qualification Card (DQC) valid.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial or multi-drop driving experience.
• Good knowledge of Dublin routes and Irish roads.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Physically able for manual handling and lifting.
• Based in Ireland; English proficient.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily multi-drop deliveries and collections to venues and event sites – Rigid Trucks.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Use cages, trolleys and other handling equipment to move event equipment.
• Assist with on-site event setup and breakdown when required.
• Complete delivery documentation and obtain customer sign-offs.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service at every delivery.
• Represent the company professionally both on the road and at customer sites.
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.

The Role

As TruckDriver, you’ll play an important role in ensuring event equipment reaches customers and venues safely, professionally and on time.

You’ll be responsible for driving Rigid Trucks and delivering and collecting a wide range of event hire equipment, including furniture, catering equipment, tableware, bars and other event essentials across Dublin and locations nationwide.

This is a hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and works well both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements
