Job summary

Labour Force is seeking a Rigid Driver (C Licence) for Dublin-based event and hospitality logistics. You will deliver and collect a wide range of event hire equipment across Dublin and surrounding areas, handling loading/unloading and ensuring customer service.

The role is physically active with overtime paid after 10 hours per day; schedule includes Monday to Saturday and a pay of €19.00 per hour. Company phone provided and free parking available.

Qualifications

• Full, clean C Driving Licence.
• Good knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent customer service attitude.
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work.
• Manual Handling certification is desirable.
• Must be legally entitled to work full-time in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Deliver event hire equipment to customer and event locations across Dublin and surrounding counties.
• Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule.
• Assist with positioning and setup of equipment where required.
• Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures.
• Use trolleys, cages and handling equipment safely.
• Provide a professional and courteous service at all customer locations.
• Represent the company positively while on-site.

Overtime: Paid after 10 hours worked in a day
Start Time: Between 7:30am and 8:00am
Schedule: 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional C Licence Driver who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Working across Dublin and surrounding areas, you will deliver and collect a wide range of event hire equipment at customer locations, venues and event sites. The role is physically active and involves loading and unloading the vehicle, although a driver's helper is provided on some deliveries.
